Meet Your Life Coach
Throughout the years of self development, spirituality and movement practices, Dean felt a sense of wanting to share his learnings with others to offer support for those on the path. Dean studied with the Chek Institute where he became a qualified holistic life coach and has supported others into finding their inner peace.

What to Expect From Your Life Coaching Sessions
Each session is individually tailored to your current challenges. The session will included gaining a proper understanding where you are at and creating clarity around goals and desires with how you want to feel and live. From this place we collectively work on creating week/fortnight plans and finish with a specific movement and mindfulness practise. In saying this I have found sessions have their own flow and the most potent sessions can come with allowing the flow to take you where we are being guided.
